Qualiopi checklist: the proof your LMS must produce

Software cannot be Qualiopi-certified and none of it makes you compliant: certification covers your processes, not your tool. Here is what a platform can actually document.

Print this page (Cmd/Ctrl + P) to use it as an internal review.

  • #1 Public information

Published programme sheet: prerequisites, objectives, duration, pricing, contacts, accessibility.

  • #2 Outcome indicators

Completion rate, pass rate and satisfaction, calculated by the platform.

  • #5 Operational, assessable objectives

Objectives attached to each module and linked to its assessments.

  • #8 Entry positioning

Positioning test or preliminary questionnaire, prerequisites checked.

  • #9 Conditions of delivery

Invitations, access arrangements and contacts, logged and timestamped.

  • #10 Tracking and adapting the path

    Activity log: logins, progress, support.

  • #11 Assessment of learning outcomes

The most demanding one: even partial failure is a major non-conformity. Hot and cold assessments, self-assessments, reviews, pass rates.

  • #12 Preventing dropouts

For courses over two days: inactivity detection and logged follow-ups.

  • #19 Access to learning resources

Access to content and the learner's ability to make use of it.

  • #30 Collecting feedback

Hot and cold satisfaction surveys, results consolidated.

  • #32 Improvement actions

Traceability of actions decided from feedback and complaints.

About a dozen of the thirty-two indicators, by providing evidence. The rest — legal watch, assessor qualifications, the disability referent — is your organisation's own process.
